The hotel location is excellent. It is right across from a famous landmark. Staff members are helpful and kind. They are always available for information. I arranged an airport transfer, and the driver was waiting as soon as I landed. For my departure, he arrived exactly at the agreed time, and I reached the airport without any issues!!!

The room was smaller than I expected!!! It was hard to put luggage anywhere.

i found the location really convenient. it's close to the blue mosque and other attractions (walking distance is a big plus). the staff were helpful in giving directions.

the tv in my room didn't seem to work properly. i couldn't get any channels to come in clearly, it was quite a basic model.
