my stay began with a warm greeting and efficient check-in i found the staff attentive to my needs and eager to assist the location was superb within easy walking distance of major attractions the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my visit ensuring a comfortable experience.

the elevator could be slow during peak times requiring a bit of patience particularly during breakfast hours i wish it was faster.

prime location helpful staff rooftop views

The hotel's proximity to major attractions proved invaluable. Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace were within easy walking distance, I found. The staff was attentive and very helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The rooftop terrace offered beautiful views, I could see the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus.

The room felt a little small. For two people.

excellent location helpful staff

The hotel location is excellent. It is right across from a famous landmark. Staff members are helpful and kind. They are always available for information. I arranged an airport transfer, and the driver was waiting as soon as I landed. For my departure, he arrived exactly at the agreed time, and I reached the airport without any issues!!!

The room was smaller than I expected!!! It was hard to put luggage anywhere.

great location helpful staff

i found the location really convenient. it's close to the blue mosque and other attractions (walking distance is a big plus). the staff were helpful in giving directions.

the tv in my room didn't seem to work properly. i couldn't get any channels to come in clearly, it was quite a basic model.
